RULES FOR THE SELLING OF
NAF VEHICLES

  1. The following payment methods will be in effect for any NAF Vehicle sold on the 49 Services Bid Page; Cash, Credit Card (Master Card, Visa), Debit Card (Master Card, Visa), or Cashiers Check. Vehicle will not change hands until payment is verified.
  2. All Vehicles will be sold “AS IS”, no warranty given or implied.
  3. Buyer pays all Tax, Title and Licensing.
  4. All vehicles sold on the 49 Services Bid page will be given a “15 point Vehicle Inspection” by the Services NAF Mechanic, to include: Fluids, Lights, Hoses, Tires, Brakes (rear drums will not be removed), Air Filter, Cooling, Air Conditioning, Exhaust, Suspension, Engine Accessories, Interior Accessories, Drive Train and Battery and Road Test. Again all vehicles will be sold “As Is”. The 15 Point inspection checklist for each vehicle will be displayed in the vehicles window for review. This inspection is for reference only, it is not a warranty of any kind.
  5. All vehicles for sale on the bid page will be displayed for viewing (locked) in the lot directly across (East) from the Auto Skills Center. 
  6. All sales are final.
  7. By it now price:  If the vehicle is given a “By it now price”, a winner is declared with the first bid received equal too the “By it now price”. All winning bids are based on transmittal time of bids received. If the “Buy it now price” is not met, the winner is the highest bid received for that item by the bid close out date.
