Refunds: All items will be charged for usage after equipment leaves the building. |

Damage Fee: Patrons may be charged a damage fee within 5 days after return of equipment. The pattron is responsible to replace and/or repair damage or broken equipment. |

Cleaning Fee: A $25.00 cleaning fee is charged for items returned improperly cleaned. |

| |
Late Fee: Overdue equipment will have a set charge twice the daily rate for each late day. |

Equipment Inspection: Patron must inspect the equipment before leaving the facility and advise of any discrepancies. We make every attempt to ensure that all equipment is clean and servicesable. |

Eligibility
Our equipment is available
to all active duty and retired military personnel and their dependents 18 yrs.
and older, Reservists, DoD and NAF Civilians. Dependants under 18 yrs. of
age must have written permission, notarized from parents using AF Form 163.
