The 49th Force Support Squadron provides leisure-time facilities and
equipment to meet the social and recreational needs of the Holloman AFB and the New Mexico community.
They provide lodging for temporary duty and transient personnel and operates dining facilities for the enlisted
work force. The Squadron is responsible for the linen exchange, force
management, mortuary affairs. They also administer base-level Personnel, Manpower, Airman and Family Readiness, and Education and Training
activities, and they train and equip teams in core Services/PERSCO competencies for worldwide deployments in support of the GWOT. The 49th
Force Support Squadron provides unsurpassed combat readiness through
quality services and support and enhances the morale and welfare of the Holloman Air Force Base.
The Raptors' Nest Dining Room is open to all ranks and civilians for lunch. Stop in for our home-style comfort food that range from Tacos, Fried Chicken, Mahi-Mahi, Spaghetti, Lasagna, Stuffed Peppers and a variety of hot vegetables. Also try our salad bar, sandwich bar and dessert station.
Sunday Brunch: is offered once a month from 1000-1400. Cost: $14.95 for adults and $7.95 for children 6-11. Free for children 5 & under. Members receive a $2 discount.
